Can someone please tell me what this new hipster phrase means and where it originated? Already over 7 usages of it this week alone on Craigslist's "Missed Connections" boards! Is this a good thing? Do I want someone to wipe it on me? The next time I spot a hottie, should I be wiping something on them? What? My tears of loneliness and frustration? Lucy's poo? My butt? What??!!

All this yellow bracelet talk made me think about the cute guy I saw walking down Lex this morning at about 11 - bike shorts, green T-shirt, and one of those yellow bracelets, talking on your phone. I was the short Italian guy with glasses, gray slacks & jacket, red & blue patterned tie. We alked alongside each other for a while and when you turned left on 54th I wiped it on you. Hope to see you in the neighborhood again.

Scruffy, kind of Vincent Gallo-looking guy (but not Vincent Gallo LOL) in a dark gray hoodie with some kind of writing on it. You were so cute! I was the blonde in the short pink & purple dress with the Von Dutch bag. I wiped it on you twice! Who knows if you'll read this but it's worth a try.
