Well, hopefully if I stick to my new cardio workout resolution, you will...or at least I will.
I ran almost a half hour on the treadmill last night and am planning to rejoin my neighborhood gym on Friday, where I will take spinning classes with a friend. Seriously, I think I gained 100 pounds while in North Carolina, what with all that sweet tea and BBQ and red velvet cake and all. Moo!
Also have switched to Special K Low Carb cereal for breakfast and am trying to eat sensible lunches and dinners, with lots of water. Don't get me wrong, I am not turning into a health nut -- just trying to eat better and keep in somewhat decent shape so I don't feel like a stuffed sausage in my clothes this spring and summer...wish me luck!
I was thinking of doing a photo log of my stomach to chart my progress but I decided I am too chicken shit for that, plus I don't want to gross anyone out...you'll just have to take my word for it!
